have you got what it takes?

We appreciate that it’s going to be difficult for you to answer this without seeing our designs, but they aren’t ready for release for about 2 weeks (there might be a sneak peek in a few days though) ……….. also if you look in the side bar you will se a link under “Design Team” to Rose-a-petits-pois, which is a whopping big clue to the kind of images that will be available.

If you’re interested, to help us to decide if you might have what we are looking for, all you need to do is submit 3 pieces of work to us (via you blog is fine) using any of the the following stamps~:

Sugar Nellie

Magnolia

Whiff of Joy

Spiral Whispers

Stampin’ Up

Penny Black

If possible, we’d like to see:

• a card
• a tag
• and another small project of your choice

Heavens to Betsy

I’ve just received two lovely drawings of the first stamps.  I’m hopefully popping over to a friend’s tomorrow (with laptop on me) to get a wee bit of feedback on them, and I think that apart from 2 changes they will be ready to be produced into stamps.

It’s been a long haul, but we are finally motoring folks.  As soon as I’ve got the final, final drawing I will pop a sneak peek up on her to tease you.

Wow…..just seen the first of the concept designs

and it was so lovely.  Can’t wait to be able to share it with you, very, very soon.

Let me see, a clue might be nice……………….  think sparkle and wands     ……………….

after a bit of a mixed week moving the cooker into final position, a slip up from a Rubbah Elf and a trip to casulaty, we are as they say, “good to go”.

I can now also tell you that Genevieve is working on a couple of designs this weeked, which should be ready really soon to be sent to the platemaker.

Factoid……….the devil is in the detail as they say….

Release date is getting closer by the day, and my excitement is rising.  So, I just thought I would provide you with a couple of factoids:

• our stamps will be deeply etched unmounted rubber in either red or grey depending on which range
• made by the Rubbah Elf and his helpers in a secret Kentish location
• there’ll be a a choice of just the rubber of mounted on cling foam when you purchase
• we’re happy to make stamps for others (get in touch for details)
• packed with love and focusing on customer service
• hopefully we will be in a position early next year to provide a new release every month, but from the start are aiming to provide stamps that will stand alone or co-ordinate with each other 
• there will be a UK STampers limited edition stamp next year…..so, if you’re not a Member join the fun to be able to get your hands on it.

not in it’s final working position yet, but that’s just a mere technical hitch…..we’ll need quite a few beefy Rubbah Elves to lift it in to place I fear.

I somehow felt that I would jinx the whole thing if I did anything as mundane as order rubbah, but I can now get on and do that, and give our couple of designers’ the go ahead to do their stuff and produce the final artwork.

Today’s the day the rubber cooker gets here

I am so excited……we’re up, dressed and kicking around waiting for the cooker to arrive a bit later this morning.

I really can’t tell you how excited I am.
