Very exciting news….. Toodles will soon be in da house!

we’ve had to be very patient for the little darling to arrive, but she should be here very, very soon now.

For readers’ who have been around since the beginning, or for newer but observant readers’ you will have seen that we have a link in the side bar entitled “Inspiration” and under that is a link to Kate Rietz.

She is a wonderful illustrator based in the USA, and we are pleased to say that she agreed to draw Toodles – (who is based on our daughter) and Binks her cat (who essentially based on Guy, Chief Rubbah Elf).

We’re just tidying up the final bits and pieces and hope to be able to get the plate made in the next week or so …. so watch out for sneak peeks, etc.

Actually, our wonderful Genevieve is also working on another one of her fabulous offerings, and by way of a clue it will be BOY based.

I am Kitty Franken Kaptein, I am 41 years old , married with Bert en I have a son Rowdy from 15. I work as a special nurse with special needed people.

I am doing crafts since I stopped with my studies and my son was going to school. I like working with all kinds of products like stamps and stickers. I also like making boxes and little homemade gifts.

Welcome to the lovely Kit (Europe DT)

Hi all,

Just a quick post to let you know that Kit has kindly agreed to become the European DT member for us.

We’re still trying to decide on the US post, and can’t tell you just how difficult it is to make a final decision.

Anyway, whilst we discuss it a bit more, this is what Kit has been up to with Celeste (RRP-001) and Zoomz – isn’t it fabulous.  Watch out for more lovely projects like this, she is truly mistress of the Scor-it Board.

PS: just a a quick housekeeping aside, it’s not always noticeable because of the design template we have decided to use, but we do try and link the image and/or DT references as clickable, so if you hover over them and click they should take you right to the item in the shop, the DT blog, etc. Also, as annoying as it sometimes is some of you will be able to see the “snap” box.

We were asked today if it was possible to have followers enabled on the blog. Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t think that is something wordpress offers – but it is possible to subscribe to the blog feed and receive e-mail updates.

So, we’ve installed this on the right hand side bar. All you need do is click on the link, enter you email address and confirm the code, then it will send you an e-mail requesting yo to verify. Once you’ve done this hey presto, you should receive notification to your inbox each time we update the blog.
